Facades Manager- Student Accommodation

• Manage all aspects of facade construction, from design coordination to installation and completion.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure facade designs meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee subcontractors, ensuring work aligns with quality, safety, and program milestones.
• Monitor facade program schedules, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including safe working practices at height.
• Conduct regular quality inspections, resolving any defects or issues promptly.
• Provide technical advice and support during project delivery, troubleshooting complex issues.
• Collaborate with the site team to integrate facade installation with overall construction activities.

• Proven experience in managing facades on large-scale construction projects, ideally in student accommodation, residential, or high-rise developments.
• Strong knowledge of facade systems, including curtain walling, cladding, glazing, and insulation.
• Excellent understanding of UK building regulations and facade safety standards.
• Degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (desirable).
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficiency in construction software and tools, including project management platforms and CAD.
