Currently, we are looking for Civil Engineers across Engineer, Senior, and Principal grades to support and lead the delivery of a variety of projects as part of a significant capital investment program. Depending on your level, you will be responsible for technical delivery, fostering innovation, and mentoring team members to ensure projects meet cost, schedule, and quality expectations.

• Collaborate on or lead the technical delivery of projects within the water and wastewater sector.
• Drive innovation by utilizing a wider technical network.
• Ensure projects align with client specifications and meet high-quality standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers, supporting their professional growth (Senior and Principal levels).
• Work across multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) with relevant water industry experience.
• Membership with a relevant engineering institution (e.g., ICE, CIWEM) is desirable, with Chartered or Incorporated status preferred for Senior and Principal levels.
• Experience in water and wastewater infrastructure, networks, or treatment projects.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams (for Senior and Principal grades).
