We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Children's Social Worker to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting vulnerable children, ensuring their safety, and helping them thrive in a supportive and nurturing environment.

• Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and their families.
• Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with children, families, and professionals.
• Providing advice and support to families to promote positive outcomes.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of children in line with statutory responsibilities.
• Collaborating with multi-agency teams, including schools, healthcare providers, and law enforcement.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of casework.

• Qualifications: Degree in Social Work and registration with insert relevant regulatory body, e.g., HCPC/Social Work England .
• Experience: Demonstrable experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
• Skills: Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Commitment: A genuine passion for improving the lives of children and a commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
