Electrician required to work for a leading Facilities Management and Building Services company, covering planned and reactive maintenance contracts across the Northeast of England. Electricians with experience in the Facilities Management or Building Services industry are strongly encouraged to apply!

Electrician's Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems in commercial settings, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults while maintaining high health and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records using a computerised maintenance management system.
• Work closely with clients to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Electrician Requirements:

• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
• 17th or 18th Edition qualification.
• Previous experience in Facilities Management or Building Services.
• A full UK driving license.
