Plasma Operator

Our client is looking for an experienced plasma operator. Responsibilities Operating plasma machine Working from engineering drawings Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety. Utilise basic maths skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication processes. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes. Follow detailed instructions for tooling setups and adjustments as required.Requirements Proven experience in operating machinery within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications. Familiarity with grinding processes and tooling setups is advantageous. Basic maths skills for accurate measurements are required. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A commitment to maintaining safety standards in the workplace is crucial.Hours of Operation Monday to Thursday, 07:00 - 16:45
